Sales Operation Coordinator

The Opportunity

Prescient Solutions is seeking a highly organised and commercially minded Sales Operations Coordinator to join our team in Canberra on a full-time basis.

Supporting the Sales Director and Regional Sales Managers, you will play a key role in ensuring our sales function operates efficiently and effectively. You’ll be responsible for coordinating critical sales activities, maintaining high-quality data and processes, supporting bids and renewals, and providing the operational foundations that enable sales success.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple priorities, improving processes, supporting stakeholders, and contributing to business growth within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

The Role

A commercially focused sales operations professional responsible for enabling the sales team through CRM management, bid coordination, renewals management, quoting support, reporting, governance and continuous improvement. The Sales Operations Coordinator supports the Sales Director and Regional Sales Managers to deliver an effective, efficient and scalable sales capability.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Support sales administration, planning and governance processes
• Maintain CRM data quality, pipeline records and sales documentation
• Assist with quotations, pricing proposals and commercial documentation
• Coordinate renewals, including tracking, communications and reporting
• Support bids, tenders, procurement responses and panel submissions
• Maintain sales collateral, templates, customer stories and proposal content
• Produce sales, pipeline and renewal reporting
• Support process improvement, business operations and special projects

What You Bring

Essential

• Strong organisational and administrative skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong Microsoft 365 application skills with a high level of computer literacy

• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines

Desirable

• Experience in sales operations, sales administration or commercial support
• Experience with CRM platforms and reporting tools
• Experience supporting bids, tenders or government procurement activities
• Experience producing customer-facing documentation and collateral

• Demonstrated interest in AI, automation and digital tools
• Ability to identify and implement process improvements
• Willingness to learn and adopt emerging technologies
• Continuous improvement mindset focused on efficiency, scalability and sales effectiveness
