Foreman / Site Manager

The Lorian Group is working with a well-established Brisbane construction company to appoint an experienced Foreman / Site Manager to join their team on a strong pipeline of fitout and refurbishment projects across Brisbane’s Northside.

With a reputation for delivering high-quality commercial, hospitality, health, education and refurbishment projects, this is a great opportunity to join a business with a strong pipeline of work and a collaborative project team.

The Role You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day site delivery of fitout and refurbishment projects, working closely with the Project Manager and subcontractor teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

The role would suit either:

• A strong Foreman looking to step up into a Site Supervisor / Site Manager position, or
• An experienced Site Manager who can hit the ground running and take ownership of projects from commencement through to completion.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Foreman, Site Supervisor or Site Manager
• Strong experience across commercial fitout and refurbishment projects ranging up to $10M 
• Hospitality and/or education experience highly regarded
• Strong subcontractor coordination and site management skills
• Good experience with construction management software
• QBCC Medium or Open Licence
• New build experience beneficial, but not essential
• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
• A hands-on approach to project delivery with a strong focus on quality and programme
