The Role

As a Gelato Scooper you will be supporting your team to create unforgettable experiences for our customers! You will be responsible for:

• Serving gelato and selling gelato cakes to our customers with a smile.

• Being an inspiring team member who brings energy to every shift.

• Working with your team to keep the store clean, organised and running smoothly.

• Handling transactions.

About You

You're a go-getter with positive energy and a love for making customer feel special. You have an eye for detail and bring passion and inspiration to every shift. You work well under pressure and always lead by example. You will also have:  

• An ability to work in a fast-paced environment. (QSR experience is a bonus!).

• Positive energy, curiosity, and a proactive mindset.

• A willingness to learn and embrace challenges.

• Strong communication skills.
