Customer Service Representative - 2 Positions Available

MYLO is one of Australia’s fastest-growing property compliance businesses. Since 2019, we’ve been helping property owners, tenants and real estate agents stay on top of essential property safety requirements, including Smoke Alarm, Gas Safety and Electrical Safety inspections.

We’re a growing business, and we’re looking for two Customer Service Representatives to join our head office team in Elsternwick, Melbourne.

What will you be doing?

This isn’t your typical “answer the phone and tick a box” customer service role.

You’ll be the person helping customers and property managers when they need a hand, making sure inspections run smoothly and finding solutions when things don’t quite go to plan.

Your day might include:

• Helping customers, property managers and rental providers with bookings, changes and cancellations

• Solving scheduling issues and keeping everyone in the loop

• Following up with customers to make sure they’re happy

• Handling the occasional tricky conversation and turning it into a positive experience

• Working closely with our technicians and internal teams to keep things moving

• Keeping customer and property information accurate and up to date

• Completing daily administration and making sure our records are organised

• Building great relationships with our customers and property management clients

• Looking for ways to make our processes easier, faster and better

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for someone who is friendly, organised, reliable and genuinely enjoys helping people.

You’ll ideally have:

• Previous experience in customer service, administration, scheduling or a similar role

• Great communication skills - both on the phone and in writing

• Strong attention to detail (you’ll be juggling lots of moving parts!)

• The ability to stay calm and find solutions when things get busy

• Confidence dealing with customers and handling difficult conversations professionally

• Good computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office

• The ability to learn new systems and processes quickly

• Strong time-management and organisational skills

• The ability to work independently while also being a great team player

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Property or real estate experience is a bonus, but not essential. If you’re great with people, organised and keen to learn, we’re happy to teach you the rest.
