As our sustained growth continues, we are introducing a new position to support our multiple major Data Centre projects. We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced building materials environment.
You will embody an Inspirational approach to work.
Oversee all daily warehouse operations including receiving, dispatch, storage, and distributionLead and motivate a small warehouse team in a hands-on capacityManage inventory control, stock movements, replenishment, and stocktakingUnload containers and trucks safely and efficientlyMaintain high housekeeping and safety standardsOptimise warehouse layout and space utilisationCollaborate closely with Trade Partners and project teamsEnsure compliance with WHS, quality, environmental, and company policies
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager and knowledge of building materials Proven ability to plan and execute complex, multi-phase plans while adapting to changing project requirements.To be confident with technology, including tracking logistics, using MS Office and our CRM, and maintaining accurate records.Demonstrated leadership and people management experienceCurrent LF Forklift License (essential)Valid Victorian (or Australian equivalent) Driver’s LicenseExperience using warehouse management systems or inventory softwareStrong organisational, problem-solving, decision-making and communication skills
