What your day could look like

As a Registered Nurse, you'll help deliver quality care that improves the health and wellbeing of patients and residents across the Millmerran community. Working as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team, you'll use your clinical expertise to make a meaningful difference every day.

Every day, you'll contribute by:

• Delivering safe, person-centred nursing care that supports positive health outcomes.
• Partnering with patients, families and colleagues to plan and coordinate care.
• Supporting and mentoring team members to build a positive and collaborative workplace.
• Contributing to quality improvement initiatives that enhance safety and patient experience.

You're a caring and capable nurse who combines sound clinical judgement with a genuine commitment to people. You communicate confidently, work well in a team, and adapt to changing priorities while keeping patient care at the centre of everything you do. You take pride in helping others, improving outcomes and making a positive contribution to your community.

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
• Demonstrated clinical experience in acute care, aged care or a similar setting.
• Strong communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to safe, high-quality and evidence-based care.

You'll stand out if you have rural health experience, a Rural and Isolated Practice qualification and/or postgraduate nursing studies.

Above all, you'll bring compassion, integrity, dignity, innovation and courage to every interaction, helping create healthier communities and better experiences for those in your care.
