Spa Receptionist – Unley & Semaphore

Front of House | Client Care | Admin Support | Permanent Position

We’re seeking a vibrant, organised, and caring Spa Receptionist to become the welcoming face of Temple Day Spa. This role blends luxury service with administrative coordination in a fast-paced yet supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting and hosting clients with warmth and professionalism

• Managing bookings via phone, online, and in-person

• Gift voucher and retail product sales

• Hosting and coordinating group bookings

• Providing front desk and general administrative support

• Working closely with our spa team to ensure seamless client experiences

We’re Looking For Someone Who

• Has experience in customer service, spa, salon, or hospitality (front desk experience highly regarded)

• Communicates clearly and confidently

• Is organised, calm under pressure, and great at multitasking

• Is tech-savvy (Timely experience is a bonus)

• Has full working rights in Australia

• Presents and speaks professionally
