Construction Labourer x 2

About the role

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking and motivated Construction Labourer to join our team on a casual basis, with the potential for ongoing full-time employment. Working alongside our experienced Specialist Applicators and Supervisors, you will assist with a range of construction remediation, maintenance and repair projects. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in their work, has a strong work ethic and is committed to maintaining a safe, professional and productive work environment.

Key responsibilities

• General construction and remediation labouring

• Assisting Specialist Applicators with repair and remediation works

• Site preparation, set-up and clean-up

• Removing damaged or defective building materials

• Loading, unloading and handling materials

• Using hand and power tools

• Assisting with demolition and strip-out works

• Maintaining clean, organised and safe worksites

• Following SWMS, site procedures and workplace safety requirements

• Correctly using and caring for tools, equipment and PPE

About you

• Reliable, punctual, proactive and hardworking

• Physically fit and comfortable performing manual work

• Safety-focused with a positive attitude

• Willing to learn new skills and take direction

• Able to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team

• Comfortable working across different sites, environments and locations

• Professional and respectful when working around clients, contractors and other trades

• Construction White Card

• Ability to complete and comply with required site inductions

• Ability to work safely and follow workplace procedures
