Plant Fitter

Location: Elizabeth South, SA
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Perform routine inspections, servicing and preventative maintenance on plant equipment.

• Diagnose mechanical faults and carry out repairs in a timely manner.

• Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns to minimise production downtime.

• Replace worn or damaged components and complete maintenance records.

• Work closely with the production team to ensure equipment reliability and continuous operation.

• Assist with equipment improvements and maintenance projects when required.

• Follow all Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) policies and maintain a safe working environment.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written).

• Strong mechanical knowledge and practical maintenance experience.

• Excellent fault-finding and troubleshooting abilities.

• A positive attitude with a strong work ethic.

• High level of responsibility and reliability.

• Strong commitment to workplace safety and safe work practices.

• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

• Previous experience as a Plant Fitter, Maintenance Fitter or similar industrial maintenance role is highly regarded.
