About the role
Location: Elizabeth South, SA
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Perform routine inspections, servicing and preventative maintenance on plant equipment.
Diagnose mechanical faults and carry out repairs in a timely manner.
Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns to minimise production downtime.
Replace worn or damaged components and complete maintenance records.
Work closely with the production team to ensure equipment reliability and continuous operation.
Assist with equipment improvements and maintenance projects when required.
Follow all Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) policies and maintain a safe working environment.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written).
Strong mechanical knowledge and practical maintenance experience.
Excellent fault-finding and troubleshooting abilities.
A positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
High level of responsibility and reliability.
Strong commitment to workplace safety and safe work practices.
Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
Previous experience as a Plant Fitter, Maintenance Fitter or similar industrial maintenance role is highly regarded.
