Goodline is seeking experienced Rigging & Fitting Supervisors to join our team on a major FIFO project at Cape Lambert, WA. This is an exciting opportunity to lead high-performing crews, champion safe work practices, and deliver quality outcomes on a large-scale project with one of Australia's leading maintenance and construction providers. You will play a key role in supervising daily operations, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard while fostering a positive and productive team culture.

About the Role

Reporting to the Project Management Team, you will be responsible for supervising site crews, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You will play a key role in coordinating daily activities, maintaining productivity, and fostering a strong safety culture across the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate works on site

• Lead and mentor work crews to achieve project outcomes

• Ensure works are completed safely, on schedule, and to specification

• Liaise with project teams, planners, engineers, and stakeholders

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• S26 Supervisor qualification (ESSENTIAL)

• Proven supervisory experience within mining, maintenance, or construction environments

• RTIO Inducted (Essential)

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Trade-qualified Rigger or Mechanical Fitter with demonstrated experience in a supervisory role.
