Dental Assistant/Receptionist

We are seeking a Dental Receptionist/Assistant to become a part of our welcoming team at our busy and well-established clinic in Campbelltown. Key responsibilities will include:

• Handling incoming calls and addressing patient inquiries
• Scheduling appointments and managing recalls
• Processing payments via HICAPS and EFTPOS
• Organizing laboratory work
• Providing general chair-side assistance
• Sterilizing equipment
• Performing general cleaning duties

To be considered for this position, you should have:

• Previous experience as a Dental Assistant/Receptionist, with knowledge of D4W being highly regarded (training will be provided)
• The right to work in Australia
• Strong communication skills with both patients and team members
• A dependable, honest, and professional work ethic as a collaborative team member
• A positive, can-do attitude
• Availability to work on Saturdays and Sundays

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $28.00 – $30.00 per hour

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
