The Disability Trust has an exciting opportunity for a Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our respected clinical team - Trusted Clinical Services.
As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for assessing client needs, developing plans and implementing strategies to promote positive behaviour changes. This role requires a compassionate and skilled professional who can work closely with clients, families, and other stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes. In this position, you will conduct assessments, provide training to support teams, and monitor progress, ensuring that our clients receive the highest standard of care.
If you are not currently a Registered Behaviour Support Practitioner – we can support you with your application to the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission as part of your induction.
This position is based at our ACT/Queanbeyan office and will require travel to our other areas of operation. This is a full-time position, offering a remuneration package inclusive of superannuation, travel and phone allowance between $115,000 – $135,000 (to be negotiated based on experience and qualifications).

The successful candidate will be required to provide cleared checks including an NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check (NSW), and a valid Australian Driver Licence prior to commencing employment.
