• Experienced & Reliable: You’ve got 2–3 years of solid admin experience in a fast-paced environment. If you’ve worked in service, warranty, trades, IT support, appliance repair, or similar fields - even better!

• Customer-Focused: You thrive on great communication, love helping people, and know how to turn a tricky call into a positive experience.

• Organised & Proactive: Scheduling, ordering, follow-ups ~ you handle it all with confidence and accuracy.

• Tech-Savvy: Strong computer skills and a knack for picking up new systems quickly.

• Positive Energy: You’re confident, unflappable, and bring personality to your work ~ bubbly, capable, and with a great sense of humour.

• Answer and manage incoming service calls

• Coordinate technician schedules and job bookings

• Process orders and handle rectification or warranty requests

• Communicate effectively with clients and technicians, explaining technical details clearly and confidently
