About the role
As a Senior Brand Manager at Mondelēz International, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth for our chocolate portfolio, working on brands like Cadbury or Toblerone. Reporting directly to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will work within a highly collaborative marketing team in a matrix environment, supporting the brand portfolio's strategy and priorities to enable consumer-centric growth.
Key responsibilities
Work with internal stakeholders to support the brand portfolio's strategy and priorities to enable consumer-centric growth
Develop purposeful brand plans, setting objectives, and allocating resources
Offer recommendations for integrated commercial plans, develop, and execute marketing plans that deliver on revenue and profit forecasts
Lead the development of chocolate innovation platforms, working with cross-functional teams and local manufacturing sites
Develop and implement integrated marketing communications and 360-degree campaigns based on deep consumer insights and brand positioning
Coach ABMs
Take ownership of high-profile events like Halloween promotion
About you
Direct experience as a Senior Brand Manager or similar-level marketing role in the consumer goods sector in a matrix environment
Strong project management skills; ability to dive in and deliver
Experience managing business objectives beyond brand and budget
A balance of analytical and creative skills, with strong commercial and strategic acumen
Proven ability to lead and influence teams, including direct reports
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong executive presentation skills
Experience in markets with diverse economic environments is a distinct advantage
