Administration Assistant

Monday and Tuesday | 17 hours per week

Hand Works Occupational Therapy is seeking an experienced Medical Administration Assistant to join our friendly Allied Health team.

Based primarily at our Wexford Medical Centre clinic in Murdoch, you’ll provide professional reception and administrative support to patients and therapists. Occasional work at our other clinics may be required to cover staff leave.

About you

You will bring:

• Recent medical administration or reception experience

• A warm, professional manner and a proactive attitude

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organisation, time management and multitasking abilities

• Confidence using Mac systems and Microsoft 365

• The ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Flexibility to provide occasional cover at other clinic locations
