About the role
Established in 2000, Montessori Academy is Australia's leading provider of Montessori early childhood education for children under six years of age. We are a child safe organisation committed to providing children with an early learning experience that prepares them not only for school, but for life.
With more than 60 campuses across Sydney and many more in development, we're continuing to grow—and so are the opportunities for our people. Whether you're looking to step into a Room Leader position or build your career as an Educator, we'll provide the training, support and development to help you succeed.
The Opportunity
We are excited to be opening a brand-new Montessori Academy centre in Bankstown, located at 517 Chapel Road, Bankstown NSW 2200.
As we prepare to open our doors, we're looking for passionate Certificate III and Diploma qualified Room Assistants and Room Leaders to join our new team and be part of building a positive centre culture from day one.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a brand-new centre, help establish strong routines and practices, and create a welcoming Montessori environment for children, families and educators.
If you're looking for a stable, long-term career with genuine opportunities for progression, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Joining our brand-new Bankstown centre means you'll have the opportunity to help shape the culture and environment from the very beginning. You'll work alongside a new team, establish strong foundations and play an important role in creating a centre where children, families and educators feel welcomed and supported.
If you're looking to join a growing organisation that values its people and invests in their development, we'd love to hear from you.
