About Excellent AUS

Excellent AUS is a growing cleaning services business providing residential and commercial cleaning solutions across Melbourne. We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to help strengthen our brand, understand our customers and support the continued growth of the business.

About the Role

As our Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and delivering marketing activities that help Excellent AUS reach the right customers and build a stronger presence in the market.

You will work closely with the management team to understand business priorities, identify marketing opportunities and turn these into practical marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement marketing plans and activities in line with the company’s business objectives.

* Research the cleaning services market, competitors and customer needs to identify new marketing opportunities.

* Monitor customer and market trends and use these insights to improve our marketing approach.

* Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns across digital and other relevant channels.

* Manage the company’s digital marketing activities, including website, social media and online content.

* Develop marketing content and promotional materials that clearly communicate our services and brand.

* Review campaign and marketing performance and make recommendations for improvement.

* Work with external agencies and suppliers where required to deliver marketing activities.

* Support the development and positioning of existing and new services based on market and customer insights.

* Prepare regular marketing updates and recommendations for management.

Requirements

* Any Qualification at least Bachelor Degree

* At least 3 years of work experience in a marketing-related role

* Good understanding of marketing principles, customer behaviour and digital marketing.

* Strong communication and organisational skills.

* Comfortable working with data, market information and campaign results.

* Creative, proactive and able to manage projects from planning through to execution.
