At Property Compliance Australia (PCA), we help keep homes and families safe by providing smoke alarm and property compliance services to some of the biggest names in the real estate industry.

As we continue to grow, a new opportunity exists for a field technician to join our Adelaide team on a part time basis (3 days per week). You’ll visit residential properties to test smoke alarms helping protect people and their homes.

What you’ll do

• Test and maintain smoke alarms to ensure properties meet compliance standards

• Work independently with all jobs scheduled for you

• Deliver exceptional service to property managers and tenants

• Use company-provided tools, vehicle, and technology to complete your work efficiently

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking candidates based in Glenelg and surrounding suburbs who have:

• A passion for providing great customer service

• A friendly, approachable personality and good communication skills

• The ability to use modern technology (we’ll teach you the rest!)

• Confidence to climb ladders safely during your daily checks

• The ability to work independently while knowing support is just a call away

• Previous experience in a technical or customer service role (helpful, but not essential)
