We are currently looking for a Parts Interpreter to join our team in Rocklea.

If you're someone with a positive attitude, great customer service skills, and either mechanical knowledge or experience with automotive parts (particularly Japanese vehicle parts), we'd love to hear from you.

Job Description

This is a varied, hands-on position where you'll work closely with customers to identify and supply the right parts while supporting the day-to-day operations of the branch.

Interpreting and sourcing truck parts for customersProviding exceptional customer service over the phone and in personProcessing sales orders and customer enquiriesPicking, packing and dispatching ordersAssisting with stock control and inventory managementWorking collaboratively with the wider branch teamBuilding strong relationships with customers and suppliers

Qualifications

Essential

Highly Regarded

Experience as a Parts InterpreterAutomotive, truck, mechanical, or trade backgroundExperience with Japanese vehicle partsKnowledge of Hino, Isuzu, Fuso, UD or other commercial vehiclesForklift licencePrevious sales or customer service experience

Don't have truck parts experience? That's okay. If you have automotive parts knowledge, mechanical aptitude, or a genuine interest in vehicles and customer service, we can provide training and ongoing support.
