About the Role
The Creative Director is a highly creative and strategic person that will lead and oversee the development of compelling visual and written content across multiple channels. This role bridges the gap between design, storytelling, and brand strategy — perfect for a strong creative thinker who can manage teams, deliver engaging content, and ensure cohesive brand execution across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and elevate the creative vision and direction for all client campaigns, branding projects and digital initiatives.
Lead brainstorming sessions and creative reviews, guiding teams to deliver original, on-brief, and effective concepts.
Lead the development of visual and written content for digital, print, social media, and campaigns
Manage and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, and content creators
Collaborate with account managers and strategists to understand client goals and translate them into creative outputs
Oversee the creative process from concept to final delivery, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality execution
Develop and maintain content calendars and creative timelines
Present ideas and content strategies to clients and internal stakeholders
Review and edit creative deliverables to ensure clarity, accuracy, and creativity
Stay on top of industry trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation
Set the direction for media spend and execution and oversee and manage the external agency.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, or related field
5+ years of experience in a creative/content/design role, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership capacity
Strong portfolio showcasing both content and design-led projects
Excellent understanding of branding, digital marketing, and storytelling
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and content management systems (CMS)
Experience managing creative teams and cross-functional collaboration
