Event Bar & Operations Manager

The Jackson Ranch is seeking an experienced hospitality professional to lead our event bar operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences across our luxury weddings and events.

Working alongside our Events and Catering team, you'll oversee premium bar service, act as the venue Duty Manager during events, manage beverage ordering and inventory, drive beverage sales initiatives, and ensure every celebration runs seamlessly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Event bar operations alongside the team.
• Act as The Jackson Ranch Duty Manager during events.
• Manage beverage ordering, stock control, supplier relationships and inventory systems.
• Oversee beverage costing, sales performance and incentive programs.
• Maintain compliance, RSA standards and premium service delivery.
• Mentor and lead a passionate hospitality team.
• Work closely with Events, Catering and Maintenance teams

About You

• Demonstrated experience with beverage ordering, stock control and inventory systems.
• Strong understanding of hospitality operations and premium guest service.
• Confident leading teams in fast-paced event environments.
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Current RSA (Approved Managers Certificate desirable).
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a hospitality leadership or bar management role.

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
