About the role
Job Description
At Munro Footwear Group (MFG), we are looking for a Wholesale and Product Development Admin Assistant working with a portfolio of wholesale brands with a key focus on I Love Billy.
Reporting to the Product Developer, you'll be an integral part of the Wholesale and Product Development team, providing administrative support that keeps the wholesale functions on track. From sample management and maintaining product information to supporting range releases, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our products move seamlessly from concept to market.
Key responsibilities
Supporting the Product Development team with administrationCoordinating samples, including receiving, labelling, photographing and preparing products for photography and customer presentationsMaintaining product data, specifications and item informationAssisting with catalogue preparation and wholesale product informationCommunicating with suppliers and internal stakeholders to support the development processAssist with end-to-end management of wholesale sample and production orders
About You
Previous administration experience, ideally in a product, retail or wholesale environmentExcellent organisational skills and strong attention to detailThe ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesStrong written and verbal communication skillsA proactive attitude and willingness to learnExcellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilityIntermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Outlook and Excel – essentialExperience with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop - highly regardedExperience with Infor M3 or another ERP system - highly regardedQualification in Fashion, Textiles or a related discipline is advantageous
