PURCHASING AND STORES OFFICER – TOTALLY WORKWEAR  PALMERSTON NT

As a member of our team you will:

Adopt a hands on approach regarding all aspects of retail operations

Provide superior customer service at all times, demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and provide exceptional accuracy in all areas 

Demonstrate punctuality, reliability and must be able to work autonomously

Provide effective and efficient verbal and written communication

Follow all store operating procedures in a methodical and structured manner

Be proactive and show initiative, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely and professional manner whilst providing very high level of attention to detail

Meet all required deadlines for both suppliers and customers

MUST be available to work Saturday mornings

This is NOT an Administration Position

Key Responsibilities:

Handle day to day purchasing activities, including sourcing and placing orders

Ensure timely delivery of purchased items

Manage all aspects of deliveries, including incoming and outgoing

Manage stock levels for the store to meet the current and anticipated demands

Maintain a clean, tidy and organised back dock at all times
