Truck Driver

FNQ Freight & Logistics is a well-established, family-owned transport company that has proudly serviced Far North Queensland for many years. We are looking for a reliable and motivated HR Truck Driver to join our growing team based in Cairns.

This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position completing local deliveries and pickups throughout Cairns and the surrounding region.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Safe loading, restraint and unloading of freight.

• Completing local pickup and delivery runs.

• Performing daily vehicle pre-start inspections.

• Ensuring freight is handled safely and professionally.

• Using delivery technology and completing required paperwork.

• Providing friendly, professional customer service.

• Following company policies and WHS procedures at all times.

To be successful you will have:

• Current HR Driver Licence (essential).

• Good knowledge of the Cairns region.

• Excellent time management and organisational skills.

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• A commitment to workplace safety.
