Fluidra is one of the world's leading pool and wellness company and we're accelerating our shift into connected pool technology. This role sits at the centre of that shift,  owning the strategy, roadmap and market performance for our Pool Heating portfolio (the primary focus), plus Pool Covers and SR Smith Residential ranges across Australia and New Zealand.

What you’ll be doing

• Set category strategy and own the ANZ Product Roadmap for Heating, Covers and SR Smith Residential

• Own the product lifecycle from market opportunity through to retirement

• Represent ANZ in Global Category and Product Steering forums, feeding local insight into global roadmaps

• Drive connected product adoption, partnering with Global Product, Digital, IoT and UX teams

• Lead product launches - positioning, sales enablement, training and trade events

• Track category performance and turn sales, customer and competitor data into recommendations

What we’re looking for

• Proven category or product management experience - ideally in a technical, engineering or connected product category

• Comfort working with digital ecosystems - connected products, apps, IoT, smart home integration

• Background in HVAC, climate/heating technology or similar technical products is highly regarded

• Confidence influencing global product roadmaps from a local market seat

• Strong stakeholder skills 

• Commercial rigour - business case development, forecasting, portfolio analysis
