And now, as Vorwerk Australia continues its ambitious growth journey, we are looking for an Executive Assistant based in Melbourne, to support both our General Manager and Finance Director.

The successful candidate must have the ability to proactively problem solve, be disciplined with the execution of tasks, can prioritise, manage ad-hoc projects, and is committed to helping key stakeholders achieve strategic and operational business success.

About the role

You'll thrive in this role if you have:

• High attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information professionally.

• A collaborative working approach in supporting business planning and providing the General Manager, Finance Director and where required or requested, supporting the Senior Leadership team.

• Strong communication skills with high emotional intelligence and empathy, fostering trust and effective stakeholder relationships across the business.

• The ability to be agile and remain composed in a rapidly changing environment..

• Foresight and sound judgement in anticipating leadership support.
