Production Worker / Machine Operator

Global Rotomoulding is seeking motivated production workers / machine operators to join our Irymple site.

This role would suit either an entry-level candidate keen to learn or an experienced operator looking for a long-term opportunity. Experience is beneficial but not essential.

We’re looking for reliable, safety-focused team members who take pride in their work and enjoy a hands-on role.

What you'll be doing

• Operating and assisting with rotational moulding machinery

• Loading, demoulding, trimming, and finishing products

• Setting up moulds, materials, and inserts as required

• Completing in-process quality checks

• Maintaining accurate production and job records

• Assisting with basic machine and mould maintenance

• Operating overhead cranes (training provided if required)

• Using hand and power tools safely and effectively

• Maintaining clean, organised work areas in line with 5S standards

• Working as part of a proactive team with a strong focus on safety and continuous improvement

What we're looking for

• Manufacturing or labouring experience is beneficial but not essential

• Forklift and/or crane experience is an advantage, not mandatory

• Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks up to 25kg

• Strong commitment to safety and following procedures

• Reliable, with a good work ethic and positive attitude

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
