About the Role
The Admissions Officer (Systems) plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of UOW's admissions systems, processes, and workflows, with a particular focus on the StudyLink admissions platform. Supporting the end-to-end admissions function, this position contributes to accurate, compliant, and efficient application processing while driving operational improvements and maintaining a high-quality experience for prospective students and stakeholders.

About the Team
The position sits within the Admissions Operations team in the Admissions and Compliance Division and reports to the Manager, Admissions Operations. The team is responsible for delivering efficient, accurate, and student-focused admissions services while ensuring systems, processes, and policies support a seamless admissions experience. The role works closely with Admissions staff, Student Systems, Data and Analytics, IMTS, UOW College, project teams, and external vendors.
