Sales / Admin & Customer Service Assistant

Ember Fireplaces is loooking for Sales/Admin and Customer Service Position: 5 days- Mornington - Immediate Start.

Our high end fireplace studio is on the hunt for someone to complete our team. Currently seeking someone for 5 days; Tuesday to Friday: 9-5, Saturday: 10-3.

The preferred applicant will need to liaise with various suppliers, builders and clients on a regular basis. They will also be required to send and follow up quotes, answer phones and assist customers in the showroom.

Ideally, our preferred candidate will have the following skills:

• A calm phone manner, retail experience and high level customer service skills.

• Experience with computers (MYOB, Google, Microsoft Office).

• Ability to send and follow up quotes and set appointments and reminders in diaries.

• Willingness to learn about the products we specialise in (gas, wood, ethanol and electric fires).

• Being flexible and assisting other staff as required

• Having a positive, ‘can do’ attitude and being open to learning new things.
