About the Role

We are seeking a female Support Worker to assist an NDIS participant who has specific personal, cultural, and therapeutic preferences. This role requires someone with experience in Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID) and strong trauma-informed practice.

• Support a participant with DID
• Provide emotional regulation support and grounding
• Assist with daily routines and community access
• Maintain clear communication and consistent support
• Participant has requested a worker with a cultural background and interpersonal style similar to their own

About You

• Experience with DID or complex trauma
• Calm, patient, and emotionally regulated
• Strong boundaries and reliability
• Trauma-informed practice skills

Requirements

• Certificate III/IV in Individual Support, Community Services, Mental Health, or equivalent(preferred)
• All relevant mandatory competencies
• Driver’s license
• Medication Administration Competency
