Recognized as a leading property management office in the Bayside area & Eastern Suburbs, MGM Martin are looking for a new member to join our team, who will assist in the day to day duties of leasing.

Job Description

Working in a dynamic team your role will include day to day duties such as:

• Advertise available properties

• Arrange inspections for prospective tenants

• Conducting open home inspections

• Provide feedback to management and owners

• Manage general and administration duties as requested by management

• Plus a lot more depending on the level of experience

Skills and experience preferred

The ideal candidate to be considered for this exciting opportunity will firstly need to possess a positive and enthusiastic attitude, be well presented and have exceptional written and verbal communication skills and have strong organizational skills.

A current certificate of registration is essential as well as overall computer skills and agency software such as Property Tree and I.R.E. experience preferred.
