Looking to build a career in real estate? We’re seeking a motivated, confident Sales Associate who enjoys meeting people, creating opportunities and working towards clear goals.

Whether you’ve recently obtained your Agent’s Representative qualification or you’re currently studying your Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice, this is an opportunity to work alongside experienced sales professionals, gain hands-on industry experience and build the foundations for a successful career in residential sales.

Based at McGrath Doncaster and servicing Manningham and Melbourne’s eastern suburbs, you’ll be exposed to a fast-paced sales environment with opportunities to learn, develop and grow.

Your Role

• Door knocking and cold calling to identify potential sellers.

• Generating leads and booking market appraisal appointments.

• Building and maintaining a database of prospective clients.

• Following up enquiries and nurturing long-term relationships.

• Assisting with open homes, auctions and sales campaigns.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in door knocking, cold calling or outbound lead generation.

• Strong communication skills and confidence approaching new people.

• Initiative, resilience and a consistent approach to following up.

• Professional presentation and a willingness to learn.

• A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.

Previous real estate experience is an advantage, but we’re also keen to hear from candidates with a strong prospecting or sales background looking to enter the industry.
