About the Role:
An opportunity exists for an Associate Director to join a structured team within the Business Services division, working to support a diverse, multimillion-dollar client portfolio.

Dive into high-level advisory work and priceless ongoing mentorship from industry leaders. Specifically, you will be working alongside an Associate Director & Partner with a combined 30+ years of tenure. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tax planning and business advice across a diverse client base
• Participate in advisory engagements, including forecasting and strategic planning
• Support the existing Partner and fellow Associate Director with client relationship management and workflow oversight
• Mentor, coach and guide a dedictated team of Accountants & Managers

Skills and Experience:

• Current and ongoing right to work in Australia
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in an Australian public practice accounting firm, ideally with mentorship experience
• Experience advising business clients with turnovers of $5 million+
• IPA/CPA/CA qualified (or currently undertaking)
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills
