We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Full Time Retail Sales Assistant to join the team at PABLO AND CO BOUTIQUE PTY LTD in Kedron, QLD. This is a full-time position offering an excellent opportunity to develop your retail career in a dynamic boutique environment. You will be at the heart of our customer experience, delivering exceptional service whilst maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere in our store. This role is instrumental in driving sales, building customer relationships, and representing our brand values every single day.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting customers warmly and providing expert product knowledge, sizing and styling advice to help them find items that suit their needs

• Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems

• Maintaining an attractive, organised and clean retail environment, including visual merchandising and stock displays

• Receiving, checking and displaying new stock in a timely manner

• Assisting with inventory management and stocktaking activities as required

• Picking, packing and preparing Click & Collect orders

• Assisting customers with Click & Collect pickups

• Building strong customer relationships and encouraging repeat business through excellent service

• Handling customer enquiries and complaints professionally and resolving issues to ensure satisfaction

• Promoting special offers, new arrivals and loyalty programmes to customers

• Working collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and store objectives

• Keeping the store clean, organised and ready for trade

• Supporting promotions, product launches and busy retail periods

• Following company policies and procedures, including those related to health and safety

What we're looking for

• Previous retail or customer service experience is essential

• Is comfortable around dogs and cats of all shapes and sizes

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service

• A positive, professional attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure

• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems

• Is confident working independently and taking initiative

• Attention to detail and organisational skills

• A keen eye for visual merchandising

• Reliability and a commitment to punctuality
