Somerset Private Hospital opened its doors in August 2021 and due to increased demand we are growing our workforce. The hospital is furnished with the latest technology and equipment to provide specialty services to both adult and paediatric patients. Specialties include Plastics & Reconstructive surgery, Orthopaedics, Endoscopy, Ophthalmology, General Surgery, Dental, Gynaecology and Oral & Maxillofacial surgery.  

Somerset Private is part of the Cura Day Hospital group which currently operates 39 hospitals in Australia. About the role

We are seeking an experienced hospital stores person to work on a part-time basis.

To be successful in your application for this position, you will have:

·         At least 2 years’ inventory control and logistical experience

·         Experience working in a hospital environment

·         Current driver’s licence

·         Availability to work 3 days per week.

·         Knowledge of and adherence to safe work practices

·         The ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team

·         Strong communication skills

·         Excellent attention to detail
