We're seeking an experienced and passionate Carpentry | Painting & Decorating| Building and Construction Trainer & Assessor to deliver following programs:

• CPC30220 Certificate III in Carpentry. OR

• CPC30620 Certificate III in Painting and Decorating, OR

• CPC40120 Certificate IV in Building and Construction, CPC50220 Diploma of Building and Construction (Building).

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and hands-on training to domestic and international students in above programs(s).

• Assess student competencies in line with the Standards for RTOs 2015 and industry requirements.

• Develop and update training resources to ensure relevance and compliance.

• Provide mentorship and support to students to help them achieve their learning goals.

• Maintain accurate records of student progress and assessment outcomes.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

• CPC30220 Certificate III in Carpentry; OR CPC30620 Certificate III in Painting and Decorating; OR CPC40120 Certificate IV in Building and Construction; CPC50220 Diploma of Building and Construction (Building) (or higher) or equivalent qualification.

• MUST have a current TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent).

• Significant vocational experience in carpentry, ideally with recent industry exposure.

• Comprehensive knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations.

• Strong understanding of the Standards for RTOs 2015 and compliance requirements.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for teaching and mentoring.

• Demonstrated experience in training and assessing within a Registered Training Organisation (RTO).
