About the Role

You’ll operate a variety of heavy earthmoving machinery across rehabilitation and civil projects throughout WA.
We’re looking for reliable, motivated operators who take pride in their work and maintain a strong safety focus.

Skills & Experience Required

• MC or HC driver’s licence – essential

• 3–5 years’ operating experience across equipment such as:

  • Excavators

  • Graders

  • Dozers

  • Loaders

  • Rollers

  • Water carts

• Previous experience in mining, civil, or road construction environments

• Valid mobile plant operating tickets

• Proven experience in heavy haulage to remote areas

• Knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety (OH&S) procedures

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Good communication skills and positive attitude

• Current National Police Clearance (issued within the past 12 months)

• Ability to pass pre-employment medicals and drug & alcohol screening

• Valid White Card (or equivalent)

• Must reside in Western Australia
