• High-intensity interval and development programs (Fusion Fit)
• Individual gym and strength programs (Long & Strong)
• Athlete talent identification and mentoring
• Scholarship guidance and player management advice (Name, Image & Likeness support)

The Role

We’re seeking an energetic, knowledgeable and motivated Strength & Conditioning / High Performance Coach to join our expanding team.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment working with junior, elite & professional athletes, delivering programs that prioritise long-term development, performance outcomes, and injury prevention.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach group and individual athlete sessions with a focus on progression, technique and performance outcomes
• Deliver and monitor high-performance programs across a range of sports and ability levels
• Maintain a professional, safe, and motivating training environment
• Assist in athlete testing, load management, and program adjustments

Essential Requirements

• Relevant qualifications
• Current Working with Children Check
• Proven experience coaching or programming for youth and elite athletes
