In this role, you'll:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager, Technology Performance & Delivery to lead technology performance management, governance, and delivery support for critical Regulatory Applications, including licensing and vehicle systems. This role plays a key part in ensuring technology services deliver strong business outcomes while meeting regulatory and compliance requirements.

 
You will:
• Lead technology performance and delivery support functions across a complex technology portfolio.
• Drive governance, risk management, performance reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to influence priorities, resolve issues, and support strategic decision-making.
• Oversee resource planning, financial forecasting, vendor engagement, and portfolio health reporting.
• Develop performance dashboards and insights to support delivery excellence and operational outcomes.

About you

You will bring:
• Extensive experience in technology performance management and delivery support.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills at executive level.
• Expertise in governance, risk management, performance reporting, and portfolio oversight.
• Experience working with complex technology environments, ideally within regulatory or public sector settings.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent professional experience. National security clearance is required.
