Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated Account Manager / Sales Representative to join our high-performing Perth branch and take ownership of an established territory with significant growth potential.

This is an excellent opportunity for a relationship-driven sales professional who enjoys being out on the road, working closely with customers, and growing long-term partnerships.

You'll inherit an established customer base and be responsible for nurturing existing relationships while identifying new opportunities across a diverse range of industries.

Our customers include:

• Mining and resources businesses
• Industrial operators
• Transport and logistics fleets
• Auto electrical workshops
• Heavy vehicle customers
• Trade and commercial accounts

Working Monday to Friday, you'll spend your time building strong customer relationships, providing solutions, and driving territory growth while being supported by a successful and collaborative branch team.

Regional travel is minimal, with approximately one regional visit per month.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an established portfolio of accounts
• Strengthen relationships with existing customers and identify growth opportunities
• Develop new business across your territory
• Conduct regular customer visits and maintain an active call cycle
• Provide product advice and solutions to customers
• Prepare quotations and manage pricing discussions
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service
• Maintain accurate customer records and pipeline activity through CRM systems
• Monitor local market activity and competitor movements

We're looking for someone who enjoys building rapport, creating trust, and developing long-term customer relationships.

You will bring:

• Experience in Account Management, Territory Management, Business Development or Field Sales
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• A proactive and customer-focused approach
• The ability to manage your own territory and priorities
• Experience within automotive, industrial, heavy vehicle, transport, mining or trade-related industries will be highly regarded
• A current driver's licence
