About the role: 

The Director, Program Delivery provides executive leadership across the department's digital transformation portfolio and is accountable for ensuring technology investments deliver measurable business outcomes, organisational capability uplift and sustainable service improvements.

About you:

• A demonstrated track record in large enterprise portfolio, program and project delivery, including driving the creation of innovative, collaborative, agile and outcomes-oriented work in a large and complex organisational setting.
• Strategic digital innovation, systems planning and design, agile development and operations, COTS procurement/implementation and program management. 
• Experience working in leadership roles, as well as a track record of effectively managing teams and programs.
• A postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field is required.
• Certification in PRINCE 2 or other project management methodology is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of the Victorian public health and human services sectors and Victorian government processes is highly desirable.
