Right now, we’re looking for experienced meat processors with strong knife skills, to prepare our meat products, to help make top quality baked goods for our customers.

What you’ll do

• Cut, dice, prepare and mince meats to recipe specs (no beef carcass breaking)

• Maintain sharp knives and safe knife-handling practices

• Follow quality control and meat-processing standards; complete basic records

• Follow food safety, hygiene and WHS compliance at all times

• Collaborate with the production team to meet schedules and minimise waste

• Handle manual tasks safely (lifting, staging, sanitising, end-of-shift clean-down)

  
  

About you

• Available Monday–Friday from 5:00 am

• Experience in meat preparation, cutting, dicing and mincing

• Strong knife-sharpening skills

• Solid understanding of QC and meat processing standards

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Physically capable to meet the demands of the job

• Safety-first mindset with WHS compliance

• Thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Cert II or III in Meat Processing (advantageous, not essential)
