About the role
Fyfe is a multi-disciplinary consultancy providing comprehensive engineering, environmental, planning and surveying services throughout Australia. Fyfe works with a wide range of clients in the Property & Infrastructure and Energy & Resources sectors to provide high-quality, commercially pragmatic solutions with a strong focus on client service and delivery.
We are currently seeking experienced Surveyors for a range of FIFO opportunities across Western Australia, New South Wales, South Australia and Queensland.
These roles offer the opportunity to work on major mining, civil and infrastructure projects with established organisations and competitive remuneration packages.
About the Role
As a FIFO Surveyor, you will be responsible for providing accurate surveying and set-out services across a range of project environments.
Key responsibilities may include:
Conducting field surveys, set-outs and as-built surveys
Construction and earthworks set-out
Mine site surveying and monitoring where applicable
Operating total stations, GPS/GNSS and other surveying equipment
Collecting, processing and maintaining accurate survey data
Working closely with engineering, construction and project teams
Ensuring all survey work is completed safely, accurately and efficiently
About You
To be successful, you will ideally have:
Relevant surveying qualifications
Previous experience in mining, civil or infrastructure environments
Strong technical and field surveying skills
Experience with modern surveying equipment and software
A strong commitment to health, safety and quality
The ability to work effectively in remote and FIFO environments
Current Australian working rights
A current Australian driver's licence
