Day & Afternoon Shifts Available | Full-Time | Monday to Friday

Capral Aluminium is currently seeking experienced and reliable employees to join our Regional Distribution Centre (RDC) across the following divisions:

• Paintline
• Warehouse
• Despatch

About the Role:

These roles support the day-to-day operations of the RDC, ensuring the safe, efficient, and timely processing and distribution of Capral products.

Key responsibilities may include:
• Operation and support of Paintline, Warehouse, and Despatch functions
• Picking, packing, and dispatch of customer orders
• Loading, preparation, and pre-loading of deliveries
• Forklift operations, including loading and unloading of vehicles
• Inventory and materials management
• Use of SAP and warehouse systems
• Adherence to safety, quality, and legislative requirements

• Be physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to health and safety
• Have a reliable work history and strong attendance record

About You:

We are seeking experienced, dependable, and safety-focused individuals who take pride in their work. To be considered, applicants must:

• Have recent experience in a Paintline, Warehouse, Despatch, or similar industrial environment
• Hold a valid LF Forklift Licence (essential for most roles)
• Be physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to health and safety
• Have a reliable work history and strong attendance record

Desirable:
• Experience using SAP or similar warehouse systems
• Intermediate computer skills
