About the Role

• Support young people with complex support needs in a residential home.
• Build positive relationships through consistent, therapeutic support.
• Promote life skills, independence, and community participation.
• Respond calmly and safely to challenging situations.
• Complete documentation and contribute to individual support plans.
• Due to the care requirements, this role is for male only applicants

Skills & Experience

• Experience supporting young people in a residential home
• Ability to manage challenging behaviours professionally
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Minimum Cert 4 in Community Services or similar field

• Public Holiday Pay: $119.41
• Sunday Pay: $97.70
• Saturday Pay: $75.99
• Night Pay: $60.79
• Afternoon Pay: $59.70
• Day Pay: $54.28
