Motor Claims Team Leader You'll lead and develop a team of Motor Claims Consultants, empowering them to deliver outstanding customer experiences while guiding claims from first notification through to resolution. Each day brings new challenges, but your core purpose remains constant - ensure your team leaves every customer better off than when they first called.

What You'll Be Doing:
Leading and developing a team of Motor Claims Consultants to deliver outstanding customer experiences every dayCoaching your team through the tough calls and celebrating the winsOwning your team's performance, tracking KPIs, identifying gaps and driving outcomesWorking closely with other leaders and stakeholders to keep things running smoothlySetting the tone for culture, accountability and high performance in a brand new Adelaide operation

Employment Type: Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week)Salary: Highly competitive salary plus generous monthly incentive schemeLocation: An engaging, in-office role based in our new Adelaide office with great end-of-journey facilitiesStart Date: October 2026Working Hours: Rotating roster, Monday to Friday, shifts scheduled between 6:00 am and 6:00 pm, plus a maximum of one Saturday every 2 to 3 weeksNext Steps: Shortlisted candidates will be personally contacted by a Talent Partner for an in-depth discussion and an invitation to an interview
