About the role

• Managing front desk phone systems and handling all client interactions with care
• Hands on management of social media planning, creation and roll out
• Aiding property management department with administrations tasks - company will teach you!
• Management of entire key register process and trades management 
• General office duties to ensure the office is clean and presentable at all times
• Handling mail distribution throughout office

Skills and experience

• Previous administration experience highly favoured
• Strong written and verbal communication
• A current QLD Certificate of Registration highly favoured or a willingness to obtain
