Pay Rate: $52.50ph About the Role Randstad is partnering with a prominent South Australian Government entity to recruit an energetic People & Culture Officer. Reporting to the Manager of People & Culture, you will provide critical, confidential administrative support while serving as a key point of contact across HR, WHS, and wellbeing initiatives.
This is a dynamic, fast-paced operational role ideal for an experienced P&C candidate eager to deliver high-quality support to diverse internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities ? End-to-End P&C Administration: Assist with recruitment, drafting employment contracts, variation letters, probation reviews, parental leave, and maintaining confidential personnel records.
? WHS & Injury Management: Maintain WHS records, assist with workers & compensation documentation, and coordinate drug and alcohol screenings. ? Employee Wellbeing: Coordinate employee health checks, manage EAP communications, and drive annual wellbeing calendar initiatives. ? Corporate & External Training: Support internal training logistics, catering, and Professionals conferences.
? System & Policy Support: Assist with Enterprise Agreement (EA) and Award interpretations, policy reviews, and system upgrades. What We
Are Looking For ? Required: Proven prior experience working in a People & Culture / HR environment.
? Knowledge of core HR principles, practices, and Enterprise Agreement / Award interpretation. ? Demonstrated experience handling highly sensitive and confidential employee information. ? Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
? High proficiency in Microsoft Office, accurate data entry, and exposure to WHS/HR platforms. ? Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (desirable). Requirements ?
Current unencumbered Australian Driver's License. ? A current National Police Check. ? Full working rights in Australia.
