Warehouse/Forklift Operators - Truganina (WHITE CARD REQUIRED)

We’re on the lookout for experienced for multiple warehouse & forklift operators who bring both strong forklift skills and confidence with warehouse systems and technology.

You’ll be an essential part of the daily warehouse operations and play a key role in maintaining an efficient and accurate flow of goods.

• Load and unload trucks/containers efficiently and safely

• Handle oversized loads and construction materials, including heavy steel products and large crated units

• Load and unload trucks with oversized products

• Unload containers with precision and safety

• Receive, dispatch and book in freight using WMS/TMS systems

• Have Warehouse administrative background or willingness to learn

• Operate forklifts to move and manage inventory

• Operate heavy forklifts (5t to 7t) for oversized or heavy products

• Pick, pack and scan orders using handheld devices

• Complete inventory adjustments and stocktakes

• Perform accurate data entry and reporting (Microsoft Office + WMS experience essential)

• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment

• Contribute to continuous improvement of warehouse processes

• Valid Forklift Licence (required)

• Stock Picker Licence (highly regarded)

• Valid White Card (required)

• Proven experience in a warehouse or transport logistics environment

• Demonstrated experience with oversized loads and heavy construction materials

• Experience operating heavy-duty forklifts (5t–7t)

• Sound computer literacy – confident using WMS/TMS and Microsoft Office

• More than 5 years of experience in Warehouse/Forklift operator role (required)

• High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks

• Energetic, enthusiastic, and eager to learn

• Strong communication and a team-focused mindset

• Safety-first attitude is a must
