TIG Welder / Sheet Metal Fabricator (High End Work)

EMAC Metal is seeking an experienced TIG fabricator who takes pride in precision, detail and high end finishes.

This is not a production welding role.

You will be working on bespoke architectural metalwork for premium retail and hospitality fitouts, delivering projects for well known brands and other high end environments.

If you care about quality, clean welds and expert craftsmanship, this is a role where your work will actually be noticed.

• TIG welding and fabrication of stainless, aluminium, brass and mild steel

• Producing high end architectural finishes, not repetitive production work

• Interpreting detailed shop drawings and working independently

• Collaborating with a skilled team to deliver precise, well executed work

• Occasional site installs where required

• Strong TIG welding skills with a focus on clean, consistent finishes

• Solid experience in sheet metal fabrication (minimum 5+ years)

• Experience working on detailed or high end work, not just production

• Ability to read and interpret drawings confidently

• Pride in your work and attention to detail

• Brake press experience is highly regarded

This role is not suited to:

• Production welders used to repetitive bench work

• Anyone who rushes jobs or cuts corners

• Fabricators who are not confident working to high finish standards

• Competitive hourly rate depending on experience

• Clean, organised and well equipped modern workshop

• Work on varied, high end bespoke projects

• Early finish Fridays (1:00pm)

• Stable long term role within a skilled, close knit team

• Occasional overtime available

Hours:
Monday–Thursday 7:00am–3:30pm
Friday 7:00am–1:00pm
